What to expect when processing your application?
4 EASY STEPS TO ACCESS URGENT HOUSING
1. Submit your pre-application form (including your government ID)
- We accept Drivers license, a copy of the (front and back), passport, Kiwi access card, birth certificate, communities service card, Work and Income (steps to freedom no.1 letter).
2. Approved applicants will receive an email with the following documents to sign and return to info@nzeh.co.nz
- RTA (Boarding House Tenancy Agreement)
- Work and Income - V19 Form (Redirection of benefit payment form)
- House Rules
3. Book a phone or face to face appointment on 0800 559 009 with your nearest Ministry of Social Development office - Mon - Friday - 7am - 6pm and Sat (8am - 1pm) to finalise your application.
4. Receive check-in Instructions and your keys onsite.
We offer a free support service to our clients who require a support person or advocacy support.
