Cancellations

Please note: Payment received for the allocated duration of your stay, the payment becomes non-refundable. This policy is strictly adhered to, and no exceptions will be made.

Processing Bonds

Bond Lodgement: Bonds are lodge digitally within 23 working days with Tenancy services, you will receive a confirmation via email that your Bond Payment has been processed including your Bond number directly from Tenancy Services.


Refunding bond: Within 23 working days - Checkout process: A full inspection of the property will be initiated for any potential damages, followed by a complete final report. This is submitted within 15 working days.


Bonds paid by the Ministry of Social Development on behalf of the client will be refunded directly back to the Ministry of social development (MSD) Account name: Work and Income, Westpac account number: 03-0049-0006243-25 referencing the clients, client number. Please allow 1 - 3 working days to reflect on account.

Breach of RTA or House Rules

Immediate eviction.

Check-out Policy:

Short - Long Term Guests - A mandatory deep cleaning fee will be applied to all departing guests. This fee starts at $450 plus GST and may vary depending on the conditions of the premises upon checkout. 

Processing applications including advocate services

Surcharge fee of $150 per application
